Anax E. Pompilus is a professional educator for the School District of Palm Beach County for over eleven years. He values the importance his family placed on education and believes it is these values that have guided him and became a teacher. In 1997, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences from Lynn University, and completed his Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2001. He has extensive experience in working with students, individuals and families of homelessness. Anax has a passion for helping individuals improve their lives and he welcomes the opportunity to share his knowledge with all students. From 2000 until today, he is an ESL teacher dealing with students from various linguistic backgrounds. His teaching philosophy believes that we learn best by doing things rather than being thought how to do them. His goal is to empower young people to make positive life choices and to become productive citizens.
