CLAIRE PIERRE

Claire Pierre is a senior at Florida State University with a double major in Finance and History. . She is 21 years old and was born and raised in South Florida and is preparing to graduate in the fall of 2012. She values the importance her parents placed on education and believes it is these values that have guided her and made her the successful student that she is. She is involved in a few organizations on campus such as Circle K International, a community service organization and Delta Sigma Pi, a co-ed business fraternity. She is currently the President of Circle K International for the 2011/2012 school year. She enjoys serving her community, not just in Tallahassee, but around the world. She works as an FSU Community Ambassador at Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Big Bend. Her job allows her to get the FSU, TCC and FAMU students engage in getting involved with BBBS, either by becoming a Big Sister/Brother or volunteering at the organization’s special events. Her life goal is to use the skills she has gained from working with non-profit organizations and start one of her own in the future.
